Advisory function

Chapter III of Royal Decree 1362/2012 develops this function, noting article 12:

  • The commission, in the exercise of its advisory functions, shall consult through non-binding decisions and reports on the functional scope of collective agreements, when requested in accordance with the provisions of this royal decree. The consultations will relate to the following subjects:
    • The appropriate approach to the functional scope of a collective agreement to be negotiated.
    • The interpretation of an existing convention in order to determine its functional scope of application.
    • The determination of the collective agreement of application to a company according to its activities.
